1st Extra Credit Assignment!

Hello Greasers and Socs!

Although not everyone had a chance to respond to yesterdays question, 31 people believed that Darry is being too hard on Ponyboy, 15 believe that he's not, and 4 believe that Darry is being too hard on him for other reasons.

Ok, our first extra credit assignment has three steps:

1. Sit down with a family member or close friend who was either born during the 60s or alive during the 60s.
2. Ask them the following questions and write down their answers:
--What was the most memorable thing that happened to you during the 60s?
--What was going to school like during the 60s?
--How have teenagers changed since the 60s?
--How has technology changed since the 60s?
3. Create a short 1/2 page article based upon your interview with them and a brief reflection on your interview with them.

When you turn it in, make sure:
1. Grammar/Punctuation is perfect.
2. Your name is on it.
3. You tell me the name of the person you interviewed, and your relation to them (i.e. friend, Mom, Dad, Grandma, Aunt, etc.)

If you have any questions, ask me. This extra credit assignment will be due: Friday, May 7th!

Until next time, stay gold!
